When you call our helpline, your call will be answered by a qualified admissions representative in the Advanced Recovery Systems network. Advanced Recovery Systems, an integrated behavioral health solutions organization, is the parent company of DrugRehab.com.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical emergency or life-threatening situation, including a drug overdose, call 911 instead of our helpline. Our helpline cannot provide emergency services.

Will My Call Be Confidential?

Yes, all correspondence is confidential, with the only exception being if you or the people around you are in immediate harm or a threat to themselves or others. If no harm is suspected, everything you discuss will remain private between you and the representative you speak with. Our representatives want to help you get the best treatment for your needs, so the more information you provide, the better they can assist you.

Is My Call Free?

Yes, your call to our helpline is toll-free. Standard data and message rates may apply from your phone service provider. Most national helplines, including the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and the Crisis Text Line, are free to call. Some other hotlines may not be free, so always double check online before reaching out to a hotline, or ask the representative on the phone before proceeding with the call.

What Kind of Questions Will I Be Asked?

When you call our helpline, the questions you’ll be asked are designed to help our representatives know how to best help you. You may be asked questions like:

Where Does My Contact Information Go?

Your contact information is securely stored in the call center’s database and is not shared with third-parties. Your information is used solely to keep in contact with you about your options for rehab and help you or your loved one get the help you deserve.

When Will a Representative Reply to My Form Submission?

It’s our goal to respond to you as quickly as possible so that you don’t have to wait to get help for addiction. Your form submission should be answered within 24–48 hours of when we receive it. As a reminder, the fastest way to reach us is to call, as representatives are available throughout the day.
