Our Treatment Programs
With various treatment options
and levels of care offered, you can determine which path is right for you and your family. All psychiatric evaluations are completed by trained psychiatrists, psychiatric advanced registered nurse practitioners, or psychiatric PAs.
Teens who try to break a drug habit on their own may feel physically ill or psychologically distressed in the process. Next Generation Village eliminates the harmful chemicals from your body in a less stressful manner. The first step to sobriety is eliminating the drugs from your system. The medical team at Next Generation Village oversees detox programs that employ soothing therapies and medications to boost your resolve and keep you sober for the long haul. Our clinical staff members monitor clients around the clock to ease withdrawal symptoms.
Our facility offers
intensive inpatient treatment
, designed for medical and psychiatric stabilization. Individuals in intensive inpatient care participate in programming on a daily, full-time basis. Medication may continue for prolonged detox, if necessary, or for medical or psychiatric stabilization purposes. Once completed, the client transitions to a lower level of care.
Getting away from home and school can be effective in learning to deal with the stresses those environments bring. In our residential program, teens live with their peers at the treatment center to learn how to deal with the world in a healthy manner. Residential treatment provides clinical services similar to those of intensive inpatient, as well as life skills and healthy relationships and boundaries. Like intensive inpatient treatment, care in residential treatment takes place on a daily, full-time basis.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
A step down from residential care, partial hospitalization program gives teens the space and freedom to practice the skills they’ve learned in therapy. Partial hospitalization programs offer access to mental health experts and medications that assist in fighting addiction. Medications are continued as needed for medical and psychiatric stabilization.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
A pillar of outpatient care
, the IOP is a more comprehensive option than traditional outpatient care. Through the program, teens spend several more hours per week at support group meetings, during which they can also complete homework assignments. This level of care is a step down from PHP, giving teens the opportunity to practice the skills they learned in more intensive levels of therapy.
Representatives of Next Generation Village understand that addiction is a disease that may linger throughout a person’s lifetime. To help set teens up for success, case managers work closely with families to find local medical professionals and support groups for teens when they return home. This helps teens continue the work of recovery outside of a formal treatment setting.
